A stroll away from sandy Faragas beach, a striking villa of simple, geometric forms. The sleek white house, surrounded by nearly six acres of land, with flowers and olive and fruit trees, looks out to the enticing waters of the Aegean. There’s lots of space, a fabulous main pool, a second smaller pool and steps up to the roof for far-reaching views.
High-quality materials feature throughout the interior. Pale oak wooden floors, elegant marble countertops, and predominantly white furnishings enhance the sense of light, calm, flowing spaces. Modern and classic pieces are paired to give a fresh but timeless aesthetic. Rooms are spread across the buildings. There’s an airy living and dining room and a very well-equipped kitchen in the main section. An office area, master en-suite bedroom, and further bedroom with a private bathroom are in a separate building with access to the little second pool. The further three bedrooms all have independent entrances - giving a feel of privacy.
A spacious, covered verandah provides welcome shade from the heat of the day. Decorated with pot plants and hanging lanterns and furnished with a dining table, barbecue, and plentiful lounge-style seating, it’s a lovely space to sit, chill, and enjoy long, lazy meals. Out in front is the main pool, surrounded by a really sizeable terrace with ample space for sunbathing, exercising, or playing games. Within the wider grounds, there’s also a natural water feature.
